Project:

My role
involves in providing technical guidance on Unified SBC functionality on
ASR 1000. I have prepared the complete feature list for the SBC
requirements after discussing with different BU’s/Vendor and involved in
feature priority planning, technical design discussion with
development/test teams on the requirements and functionalities.
Leading CUBE(SP)
Distributed SBC (DBE) Project:
o
Based on
IMS/TISPAN architecture, ASR 1000 supports distributed SBC functionality.
Here the ASR 1000 is used as Data Border Element (DBE) and controlled by
H.248 interface from external Signaling Border Element (SBE). My role here
is to lead the customer discussion on feature requirements and discuss it
among development team, test teams, delivery schedule to the customer.

Headed
CUBE-ENT solution Test Effort in Access Routing Group. Started with IVR
based on IP-IP gateway and later led the CUBE (Cisco Unified Border
Element) project for solution test and devtest effort. CUBE project was to
enhance IP-IP gateway with SIP features and was released across 4 releases
from 12.4PI2-PI5.

Involved in
feature priority planning, technical design discussion with DEs and
interacted with India devtest teams for testing effort. I have also worked
with TMEs and Product Managers on verifying different deployment scenarios
and POC testing.

I got engaged
with various CAP issues from the field. Involved in performance testing of
IP-IP gateway and gave all necessary information to prepare performance
model.

I was
responsible for EC presentations and NPI trainings for TAC engineers on the
CUBE projects.
